For my birthday, Glen signed me up for a cake decorating class at Roberts. It has been so much fun and I have learned so much in just the short three week class.
This is the first cake I made. It is chocolate cake (2 tier) with chocolate pudding between the layers. And then chocolate buttercream frosting with fresh strawberries. I took it to a family party and it was a huge hit! I was fairly happy with how it turned out.
